Tim first was employed by Allegheny at the Arnold Service Center in October of 1974 as a temporary laborer. On May 10, 1976, Tim was hired as a Substation Electrician Apprentice and began his career with Allegheny. Tim advanced from Apprentice through Electrician A and in 1986 took an Apprentice Lineman position. He progressed through the lineman classifications and in January of 1992, Tim became a Lead Lineman. Tim currently is a Lead Lineman working out of the Butler Service Center. Tim and his wife, Karen, reside in Kittanning, Pennsylvania where Tim takes an active role in his community. He is currently a member of the East Franklin Planning Commission on which he has served as Chairman and Secretary previously. Tim is also the current Vice-Chairman of the Kittanning Suburban Joint Water Authority Board of Directors. Tim also was a delegate to the Armstrong-Clarion Central Council from 1983-1986.During Tim’s nearly 28 year career with Allegheny, he has become an active union member and officer, dedicated to his fellow employees and the rights of all working families. Tim held the offices of Secretary/Treasurer and President in his home local, Local 102-I before being elected to the position of System Vice-President, Area B in June of 1986. Tim services Butler - 102-J; Armstrong/Clarion/Kittanning/Springdale AE 3,4,5 - 102-I; and Arnold - 102-B. Tim is a member of the 102 Executive Board and the 102 Executive Committee.
