Harold Fabean – Vice President Area D Print E-mail
Harold began his career with Allegheny Energy on April 30, 1973 as an apprentice lineman. Harold has progressed through the lineman classifications and is currently a lead lineman working out of the Charleroi Service Center.

Harold resides in West Newton, Pennsylvania with his family. He and his wife have raised 2 daughters. Harold has been active in his Local Fire Department, serving as Trustee in the past.

During Harold’s 31 years of service with the Company, he became an active union member. Harold has held the offices of Trustee and Vice-President in his home local, Local 102-G. He is currently the elected Area D Vice-President for System Local 102 servicing Charleroi / Jefferson - 102-G; Boyce / Washington - 102-H; and Cabin Hill/ Greensburg/ Latrobe - 102-D. Harold is also a member of the Pennsylvania Utility Caucus and was a delegate to the Mon Valley Labor Council.
